Here at the Centre for Creative Arts we aim to provide a welcoming environment where Peace Region residents and visitors to our area can gather to experience, create and celebrate the Peace Regions Cultural Identity.

Today the Centre services our community through affordable fine art, craft and cultural classes for all ages and skill levels.  We both offer courses for aspiring artists that are instructed by local working artists and workshops by internationally recognized artists to enrich our local culture.  The centre is also pleased to offer a multi-art summer camp for youth, which operates annually each July and August as well as our new addition of week-long teen art workshops each summer.

We house a gallery and a gift shop that are completely unique to Grande Prairie in that we feature 100% locally made fine art and craft items.  The Centre Gallery exhibits 12 new shows each year.  It is free to visit the exhibitions and individuals, groups and families are always welcome.
