Playing Catch Up
Aug 11th, 2010 by niki

Hello All!

It’s been a long, long time since we have updated this blog and it’s been a busy four months.  We will be posting pictures and updates of big things that have happened at the Centre and big things to come.

First off need to say farewell to Jackie, our last Executive  Assistant, who has recently moved away.

A big welcome goes to Katie who has since filled her position. We are happy to have her and she is a wonderful and happy addition the the Centre’s team.

We returned to the Centre’s permanent location in May and we are overjoyed to be here.  If you have not yet come in, take the time to pop in next time you are downtown. There’s so much to see: the renovations, the Gallery and Gift Shop and all the classes we offer. Drop on by, we are at 9904-101 Ave, on the corner, between the Legion and the Police Station.

Unclaimed Pottery
Nov 4th, 2009 by jackie

The Centre for Creative Arts has recently had to move all of our items in storage at the old RCMP building to our current location and in doing so we have found a number of unclaimed pieces. Unfortunately, on some of the pieces we can not identify the signatures on the bottoms. If you think you have left some pieces at the Centre, please come by and claim it be November 13, 2009 at the old Library location on 99th Avenue. Any unclaimed pieces left here after that date will become the property of the Centre for Creative Arts.

Thanks
